Encore: A repeated or additional performance, of an item at the end of a concert, as called for by an audience.

Encore, Encore! We’ve all heard this before, and I’m sure we’ve all exclaimed this to God before! I’m sure we’ve all had great situations where the presence of God was so loud that we couldn’t help but see Him. I remember about 4 years, I went through a year of obvious abundant blessings. I still went through trials, but the presence of God was evident! It was almost like, all I had to do was pray, and BOOM, there was the blessing before I could even say Amen.

But, what happens when you finish your prayer, and another prayer, and another prayer, and you still haven’t received the answer or outcome that you wanted?

It’s so easy to forget that God is never changing. That He is not a God of one time blessings. I have gotten so caught up in thinking that I have used all of my allotted blessings up too soon, but the truth is, God doesn’t work like that.

Malachi 3:10 says, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of Heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”

You see, God” word doesn’t agree with the thought of running out of blessings. His word tells us that HE is an Encore. He is not a God of one time blessings. Many times, we forget that the blessing in itself is His silence, His protection, His promise!

My dear loves, God hears your prayers, He knows your desires, no need to worry about an encore; but happy that you serve the God of many encores!
