Isn’t it amazing how God uses us?  When I think about all of the times that God has lead me through a storm, only to show me what beautiful opportunity was waiting for me on the other side, I am in true awe. Awe of what He has done in my life.   Awe at how very blessed I am each and every day.  I am in AWE of HIM!

All of the pieces of life that sometimes feel broken, eventually meld together, into the most beautiful creation imaginable.  The specific plan, ‘Blue Print’, if you will, for each of our lives, is an amazing array of every moment, orchestrated carefully by God.

1 Peter 2:9 says “But God chose you to be his people. You are royal priests. You are a holy nation. You are God’s special treasure. You are all these things so that you can give him praise. God brought you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (NIRV)

You see, once we become the Lord’s, our lives are no longer our own; not to decide our futures anyway…   God molds our days and years, in order to create the best life possible for each of us; the one that He has carefully planned.

Have you ever caught yourself saying “Why me Lord?”   I certainly have.

I recall many times in my younger years, that I felt devastated that God had “allowed” certain things to happen to me…   But as my faith has grown, and the years have passed, I can see the concrete evidence of all the beautiful things that have unfolded thus far.  And I certainly believe that all God has “allowed” to happen in my life has been planned, every detail and every tear had a distinct purpose.

So, dear daughters of the Heavenly Father, when you find yourself in one of life’s storms, trust in the one who can calm any storm.   Trust in the orchestrater of all things good and wonderful!

The rollercoaster ride is well worth the journey, and you can count on there Always being a Rainbow after a Storm!

Isaiah 54:11  “Suffering City, you have been beaten by storms.  You have not been comforted.  I will rebuild you with turquoise stones.  I will rebuild your foundations with lapis lazuli.”   (NIRV)
